# Temp Mail vs 2Accounts

Temp Mail and 2Accounts both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 47% of Temp Mail's written reviews are positive against 15% of 2Accounts's. Temp Mail also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (20K vs 2.1K). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Temp Mail sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and 2Accounts sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Temp Mail against 4.6 for 2Accounts. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Temp Mail has 20K ratings behind it against 2.1K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 47% of Temp Mail's written reviews are positive against 15% of 2Accounts's.

Temp Mail ships an update every 2 months, 2Accounts every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
