# Daily Writing Prompts vs Float

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Float at 95% against Daily Writing Prompts's 50%. Float also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.3) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Daily Writing Prompts's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (29 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
