# bnClock vs Clock+

The clearest difference is rating: Clock+ at 4.5 against bnClock's 3.9. Clock+ also leads on ratings volume (998 vs 35). bnClock's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Clock+ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. bnClock asks for nothing beyond the download.

Clock+ holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Clock+ has 998 ratings behind it against 35, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of bnClock's written reviews are positive against 45% of Clock+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

bnClock ships an update every 2 months, Clock+ every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
