# QuarterMinder vs Pretiosa

The clearest difference is price: QuarterMinder at Free against Pretiosa's $3.99. QuarterMinder also leads on ratings volume (94 vs 6) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). Pretiosa's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

QuarterMinder is free to download; Pretiosa costs $3.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pretiosa holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QuarterMinder has 94 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

QuarterMinder ships an update every 3 months, Pretiosa weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
