# Liberate vs Notes Calculator

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Notes Calculator at 15.0 against Liberate's 26.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Liberate sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Notes Calculator sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Liberate ships an update every 2 weeks, Notes Calculator weekly. Both last shipped on October 20, 2026.
