# ZT vs SmartGamer

The clearest difference is rating: ZT at 4.6 against SmartGamer's 3.9. ZT also leads on ratings volume (285 vs 16) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). SmartGamer's advantage is review sentiment (39% vs 18%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ZT holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ZT has 285 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of ZT's written reviews are positive against 39% of SmartGamer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ZT ships an update every 3 weeks, SmartGamer every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
