# DT vs IPLEX Image Share

The clearest difference is rating: IPLEX Image Share at 5.0 against DT's 1.6. DT's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 11 months) and review sentiment (14% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IPLEX Image Share holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DT has 18 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of DT's written reviews are positive against 0% of IPLEX Image Share's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

DT ships an update every 3 weeks, IPLEX Image Share every 11 months. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
