# MonGalaxy vs Sotia

The clearest difference is update cadence: MonGalaxy at every 2 weeks against Sotia's every 2 months. MonGalaxy also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 11.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MonGalaxy sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and Sotia sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MonGalaxy ships an update every 2 weeks, Sotia every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 22, 2026 and September 14, 2026 respectively.
