# VetPrep vs VetEye

The clearest difference is review sentiment: VetEye at 100% against VetPrep's 46%. VetEye also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). VetPrep's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VetPrep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and VetEye sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VetPrep ships an update every 4 months, VetEye every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
