# Gridwise vs FlexDash

The clearest difference is ads: FlexDash at none against Gridwise's shown. FlexDash also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). Gridwise's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (29K vs 8). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gridwise sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and FlexDash sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gridwise holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gridwise has 29K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 75% and 75% positive.

Gridwise ships an update every 3 weeks, FlexDash every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
