# Sloth Climb vs Sloth Evolution

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sloth Evolution at every 6 weeks against Sloth Climb's every 39 months. Sloth Climb's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 91%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sloth Climb sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Sloth Evolution sells 15 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sloth Climb ships an update every 39 months, Sloth Evolution every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
