# LEGO® Boost vs LCD Canada

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LEGO® Boost ships an update every 3 months, LCD Canada every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
