Customers will directly install the app on mobile device by clicking on shared link through SMS. During the interaction agent will have below facilities: 1) Access customers rear camera 2) Flash light control 3) Screen highlighter to highlight specific area on the video stream 3) Share camera shots with customers. The app does not allow agents to access any data on customers device.
