# Wand Pro Remote (WeMod) vs Torn Tools

The clearest difference is monetization model: Torn Tools at free against Wand Pro Remote (WeMod)'s subscription. Torn Tools also leads on review sentiment (67% vs 46%) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). Wand Pro Remote (WeMod)'s advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Wand Pro Remote (WeMod) holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wand Pro Remote (WeMod) has 1.7K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Wand Pro Remote (WeMod)'s written reviews are positive against 67% of Torn Tools's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wand Pro Remote (WeMod) ships an update fortnightly, Torn Tools every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
