# Letters and Numbers Countdown vs Count Doku

The clearest difference is rating: Count Doku at 5.0 against Letters and Numbers Countdown's 4.6. Letters and Numbers Countdown's advantage is ratings volume (114 vs 2) and review sentiment (59% vs 50%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Letters and Numbers Countdown sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Count Doku sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Count Doku holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Letters and Numbers Countdown has 114 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of Letters and Numbers Countdown's written reviews are positive against 50% of Count Doku's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
