# Trip Loop vs Goki

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Goki at 70% against Trip Loop's 27%. Goki also leads on ratings volume (140 vs 3). Trip Loop's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.1) and iOS requirement (13 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Trip Loop holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Goki has 140 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Trip Loop's written reviews are positive against 70% of Goki's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Trip Loop ships an update every 5 weeks, Goki every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
