# Molekule vs Rabbit Air 2

The clearest difference is rating: Molekule at 4.4 against Rabbit Air 2's 2.5. Molekule also leads on ratings volume (12K vs 51). Rabbit Air 2's advantage is review sentiment (30% vs 17%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Molekule holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Molekule has 12K ratings behind it against 51, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Molekule's written reviews are positive against 30% of Rabbit Air 2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Molekule ships an update every 2 months, Rabbit Air 2 every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
