# Molekule vs ForkSure

The clearest difference is rating: ForkSure at 5.0 against Molekule's 4.4. Molekule's advantage is ratings volume (12K vs 3) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 27.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ForkSure holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Molekule has 12K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Molekule ships an update every 2 months, ForkSure every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
