# Spiri vs Truth Method

The clearest difference is rating: Truth Method at 5.0 against Spiri's 4.5. Truth Method also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 80%). Spiri's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Truth Method holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5.
