# MemoCoach vs OffBook

The clearest difference is rating: OffBook at 5.0 against MemoCoach's 4.6. OffBook also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 5 weeks). MemoCoach's advantage is ratings volume (2.6K vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MemoCoach sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and OffBook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OffBook holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MemoCoach has 2.6K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MemoCoach ships an update every 5 weeks, OffBook every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
