# SCREAM MM vs TECHMANIA

The clearest difference is rating: TECHMANIA at 4.0 against SCREAM MM's 3.0. SCREAM MM's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TECHMANIA holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of SCREAM MM's written reviews are positive against 67% of TECHMANIA's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SCREAM MM ships an update every 2 weeks, TECHMANIA every 5 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
