The clearest difference is update cadence: EILM at every 3 months against Ever Increasing Faith's every 11 months. Ever Increasing Faith's advantage is ratings volume (18 vs 3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Ever Increasing Faith against 5.0 for EILM. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ever Increasing Faith has 18 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
