Parenting is a lot. Lumi makes it a little lighter. Skill Sprouts is a parenting coach for families with kids from birth to age 6. Tell Lumi about your family once, and every day she helps with what's in front of you: the bedtime battles, the meltdowns in the store, the mornings that go sideways, and the small moments of connection you don't want to miss. A PLAN FOR TODAY Each day, Lumi writes a short note and a few small, doable steps for your family, built around the goals you picked and what you told her last night. Tick them off as you go. Too easy or too hard? Tell her and she adjusts. ASK LUMI ANYTHING Chat with a coach who already knows your kids' names and ages. Lumi answers in plain language, gives you the exact words to say, and points you to a quick tool or a trusted read when it helps. Ask for a step-by-step plan and she'll make one. HELP IN THE MOMENT When something is happening right now, tap "Happening right now." Lumi gets straight to the point: calm words to say first, then what to do next. Lost your temper? "I lost my temper" helps you steady yourself and repair with your child, without shame. GOALS THAT GROW WITH YOUR CHILD Choose from 21 goals across toddler essentials, everyday calm, learning and development, growing up together, and support for you: calmer bedtimes, fewer tantrums, potty training, early reading and math, talking about feelings, sibling fighting, and more. Lumi suggests goals that fit your child's age and builds each day around the ones you start. MORNING CHECK-INS AND EVENING REFLECTIONS Lumi checks in at the times you choose, remembers how yesterday went, and follows up. She can also send a few short messages through the day, as often or as rarely as you like. TRUSTED READS, WITH LUMI'S TAKE A curated library from sources like the American Academy of Pediatrics (HealthyChildren.org), Harvard's Center on the Developing Child, the Child Mind Institute, ZERO TO THREE and the CDC, each with Lumi's take on what it means for your family. Save reads for later and keep track of what you've finished. A COACH WHO REMEMBERS, WITH YOU IN CONTROL Lumi keeps short notes so you don't have to repeat yourself. You can see every one, where it came from, and correct or delete it at any time. BUILT FOR YOUR FAMILY Add each child with a nickname and birthday, and add co-parents, stepparents or grandparents who share the care. Pick how Lumi talks to you, from gentle to direct. TRY IT FREE Start with a free 7-day preview, no payment details needed. After that, Skill Sprouts Plus unlocks Lumi's daily plans, chat, check-ins and takes. The morning check-in stays free. Lumi is an AI coach, not a doctor or therapist, and doesn't give medical advice. If a child or anyone else is in danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number).
