# YGCamera vs HDWiFiCamPro

The clearest difference is ads: YGCamera at none against HDWiFiCamPro's shown. YGCamera also leads on rating (2.1 vs 1.9) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). HDWiFiCamPro's advantage is ratings volume (119 vs 7). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

YGCamera holds the better App Store score, 2.1 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HDWiFiCamPro has 119 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 8% of YGCamera's written reviews are positive against 11% of HDWiFiCamPro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

YGCamera ships an update fortnightly, HDWiFiCamPro every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
