# iamcrosswind vs Bond

The clearest difference is rating: iamcrosswind at 5.0 against Bond's 4.1. iamcrosswind also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and device support (3 vs 1). Bond's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 44 months) and ratings volume (21 vs 3). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bond sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. iamcrosswind asks for nothing beyond the download.

iamcrosswind holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bond has 21 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

iamcrosswind ships an update every 44 months, Bond fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
