# 书耽 vs 火星女频

The clearest difference is rating: 火星女频 at 5.0 against 书耽's 4.6. 书耽's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (89 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 书耽 sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and 火星女频 sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

火星女频 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 书耽 has 89 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of 书耽's written reviews are positive against 68% of 火星女频's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

书耽 ships an update fortnightly, 火星女频 every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
