# Lin's vs Resort Rewards

The clearest difference is rating: Resort Rewards at 5.0 against Lin's's 1.4. Resort Rewards also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Lin's's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (40 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Resort Rewards holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lin's has 40 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Lin's ships an update fortnightly, Resort Rewards every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
