# 快记 vs E

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: E at none against 快记's 1. E also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). 快记's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 快记 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. E asks for nothing beyond the download.

快记 ships an update every 3 months, E monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
