# PTS Driver vs CBC

The clearest difference is rating: CBC at 5.0 against PTS Driver's 2.5. CBC also leads on iOS requirement (10 vs 13.0.0). PTS Driver's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CBC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PTS Driver has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PTS Driver ships an update fortnightly, CBC every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 5, 2026.
