# Pro Camera vs BBBBurst

The clearest difference is rating: Pro Camera at 4.4 against BBBBurst's 2.8. Pro Camera also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (4.3K vs 4). BBBBurst's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 59%) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BBBBurst sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Pro Camera asks for nothing beyond the download.

Pro Camera holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pro Camera has 4.3K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of Pro Camera's written reviews are positive against 100% of BBBBurst's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pro Camera ships an update every 2 weeks, BBBBurst every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
