# Flora vs Focus Traveller

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flora at fortnightly against Focus Traveller's every 2 months. Flora also leads on ratings volume (83K vs 4.1K). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flora sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Focus Traveller sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Flora against 4.9 for Focus Traveller. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flora has 83K ratings behind it against 4.1K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 89% of Flora's written reviews are positive against 86% of Focus Traveller's.

Flora ships an update fortnightly, Focus Traveller every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
