# Flora vs Eggtopia

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Eggtopia at none against Flora's 3. Eggtopia also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). Flora's advantage is ratings volume (83K vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flora sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Eggtopia asks for nothing beyond the download.

Eggtopia holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flora has 83K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Flora ships an update fortnightly, Eggtopia every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
