# Never Ever vs Never Done

The clearest difference is rating: Never Ever at 4.5 against Never Done's 3.7. Never Ever also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 17 months) and ratings volume (7.9K vs 3). Never Done's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Never Ever sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per 7 days and Never Done sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Never Ever holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Never Ever has 7.9K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Never Ever ships an update every 2 months, Never Done every 17 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
