Both are free to download. Quick Drummer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Loopsic sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Quick Drummer against 4.7 for Loopsic. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quick Drummer has 1K ratings behind it against 43, so its average is the more settled of the two.
