# Blue Tit vs Washnet

Blue Tit and Washnet both sit at 1.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 57% of Blue Tit's written reviews are positive against 17% of Washnet's. Blue Tit also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Washnet's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 24 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Washnet holds the better App Store score, 1.2 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Washnet has 43 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Blue Tit's written reviews are positive against 17% of Washnet's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Blue Tit ships an update every 24 months, Washnet every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
