# Mobile Security Protection App vs SpyTracker

The clearest difference is rating: SpyTracker at 4.4 against Mobile Security Protection App's 3.8. Mobile Security Protection App's advantage is review sentiment (36% vs 19%) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mobile Security Protection App sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $8.99 per month and SpyTracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SpyTracker holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 840 and 860 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Mobile Security Protection App's written reviews are positive against 19% of SpyTracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
