# Glasscubes vs Nectar

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Nectar at 91% against Glasscubes's 25%. Nectar also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Glasscubes's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.4) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Glasscubes holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 23 and 100 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Glasscubes's written reviews are positive against 91% of Nectar's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Glasscubes ships an update monthly, Nectar every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
