The clearest difference is update cadence: Death at every 2 weeks against Op Tracker Classic's every 2 months. Death also leads on ratings volume (14 vs 2). Op Tracker Classic's advantage is iOS requirement (13 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Op Tracker Classic against 5.0 for Death. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Death has 14 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
