# ClassIn vs BufferMind

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BufferMind at 100% against ClassIn's 51%. BufferMind also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.6). ClassIn's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 9) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ClassIn sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and BufferMind sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BufferMind holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ClassIn has 1K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two.
