# Ori vs DOOR

Ori and DOOR both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 86% of Ori's written reviews are positive against 14% of DOOR's. DOOR's advantage is ratings volume (50K vs 23) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Ori against 4.5 for DOOR. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DOOR has 50K ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 86% of Ori's written reviews are positive against 14% of DOOR's.

Ori ships an update every 6 weeks, DOOR every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
