# Protection 360® vs EmojiKidz

The clearest difference is rating: Protection 360® at 4.5 against EmojiKidz's 2.8. Protection 360® also leads on ratings volume (57K vs 8) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 7 months). EmojiKidz's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 25%) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Protection 360® holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Protection 360® has 57K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Protection 360®'s written reviews are positive against 40% of EmojiKidz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Protection 360® ships an update every 6 weeks, EmojiKidz every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
