# Everykey vs Super Editor

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Super Editor at 100% against Everykey's 44%. Super Editor also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 3 days). Everykey's advantage is price (Free vs $0.99) and ratings volume (196 vs 4). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Everykey is free to download; Super Editor costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Everykey holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Everykey has 196 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of Everykey's written reviews are positive against 100% of Super Editor's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Everykey ships an update every 3 days, Super Editor daily. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
