# MatrixExit vs Animapedia

The clearest difference is ads: MatrixExit at none against Animapedia's shown. Animapedia's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MatrixExit sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Animapedia sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MatrixExit ships an update every 3 weeks, Animapedia weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
