# Pre vs Dogl Precalculus

The clearest difference is rating: Dogl Precalculus at 4.8 against Pre's 3.3. Dogl Precalculus also leads on ratings volume (34 vs 3). Pre's advantage is iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pre sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dogl Precalculus sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dogl Precalculus holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dogl Precalculus has 34 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
