# BluVac vs iManifoldCR

The clearest difference is rating: BluVac at 5.0 against iManifoldCR's 3.8. iManifoldCR's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 36%) and ratings volume (11 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BluVac holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iManifoldCR has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of BluVac's written reviews are positive against 50% of iManifoldCR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
