# EMC 2026 vs Events@FMI

EMC 2026 and Events@FMI both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of EMC 2026's written reviews are positive against 0% of Events@FMI's. Events@FMI's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (174 vs 26). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Events@FMI holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Events@FMI has 174 ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of EMC 2026's written reviews are positive against 0% of Events@FMI's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EMC 2026 ships an update every 11 months, Events@FMI every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
