# Bubble Zoo vs Raspberry Jam

The clearest difference is rating: Raspberry Jam at 4.7 against Bubble Zoo's 4.3. Raspberry Jam also leads on ratings volume (703 vs 74) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 7 months). Bubble Zoo's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 77%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bubble Zoo sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Raspberry Jam sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Raspberry Jam holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Raspberry Jam has 703 ratings behind it against 74, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Bubble Zoo's written reviews are positive against 77% of Raspberry Jam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bubble Zoo ships an update every 7 months, Raspberry Jam every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
