# EasyCanvas vs Touch Portal

The clearest difference is rating: Touch Portal at 4.5 against EasyCanvas's 3.8. Touch Portal also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EasyCanvas sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Touch Portal sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Touch Portal holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 771 and 812 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of EasyCanvas's written reviews are positive against 55% of Touch Portal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EasyCanvas ships an update every 6 weeks, Touch Portal every 3 months. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
