The clearest difference is ratings volume: Fidget Spinner at 209 against Elevator Simulator (40 floors)'s 4. Fidget Spinner also leads on iOS requirement (6.1 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fidget Spinner sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Elevator Simulator (40 floors) sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
