# AltFuelUS vs DoorLoop

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AltFuelUS at 100% against DoorLoop's 39%. DoorLoop's advantage is price (Free vs $0.99) and rating (4.8 vs 4.0). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

DoorLoop is free to download; AltFuelUS costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DoorLoop holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DoorLoop has 4.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of AltFuelUS's written reviews are positive against 39% of DoorLoop's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AltFuelUS ships an update every 13 months, DoorLoop monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
